What you read here are real experiences from customers who use heilys®.

Not necessarily for every session. Protective goggles are recommended when the light is directed at your face, at high brightness or if you are sensitive to light. Never look directly into the LEDs.
Start cautiously and increase gradually. The ideal frequency depends on duration, distance, mode and how well you personally tolerate it.
Body mode is intended for larger areas of the body. Skin mode is designed for targeted use on the face or other areas of skin.
Not automatically. How deeply light penetrates tissue depends not only on the wavelength but also on how strongly it is absorbed by water, fat and blood components. 940 nm behaves differently from 810–850 nm and complements these wavelengths rather than fundamentally penetrating deeper.

0 Hz means continuous light without pulsing. At 10 Hz, the light is pulsed 10 times per second, and at 40 Hz, 40 times per second. A higher pulse frequency does not automatically mean a stronger or better effect.
The Gen50 has active cooling. A steady fan noise during operation is therefore normal.
The Gen50 does not have a separate Vision Mode like our Gen30+Vision. It also features the 670 nm wavelength, but on the Gen50 this is not programmed as a dedicated eye mode.

For a targeted eye routine with our Vision Mode, the Gen30+Vision therefore remains the intended choice. Instead, the Gen50 has, among other things, its own Face Mode for use on the face.
