Ich merke, dass sie mir bei meinem leicht geschwollenen Gesicht am Morgen hilft. Es ist noch zu früh, um etwaige Anti-Aging-Effekte zu spüren, aber dafür habe ich sie auch nicht gekauft. Mein Ziel waren die Entzündungen und Spannungen im Gesicht zu reduzieren und das hat sie bisher hinbekommen. Die Maske ist allerdings sehr groß, ich würde mir eine kleinere Version wünschen, damit sie besser auf meine Augen-Nase-Mund-Abstände passt.

Ich nutze die Gesichtsmaske abends ind habe das Gefühl, es beruhigt, man kommt runter ind kann anachkuessend super einschlafen. Ob sich Falten oder.ä verbessert haben, kann ich noch nicht beurteilen. Leider war die Steckerverbondung an der Maske schon defekt (erst Waxkelkontakt, dann gingen die Lampen garnicjt mehr an) und ich habe eine neue Maske bekommen. Facemask lässt sich gut tragen. Wirkung noch nicht zu sehen (dauert vermutlich etwas länger). Man sollte auf jeden Fall nicht gleich mit der maximalen Leistung anfangen und sich langsam herantasten. Die Bedienungsanleitung hat leider ein paar Fehler und es fehlt ein Anleitung, wie genau die Facemask zusammenzusetzen ist. Konnte ich aber mit einer Supportanfrage kurzfristig klären. Nun mal abwarten, wie das Ergebnis mit der Facemask mittelfristig ist.

  • The FaceMask combines several special features in one device. A total of 158 dual-dual-chip LEDs (316 LED chips) provide particularly even, wide-area light coverage of the face. This means the skin is illuminated evenly over a large area, without any areas being left under-supplied.

    It was developed specifically with the two red light wavelengths most commonly used for skin, and supports natural collagen production, skin elasticity and a smoother, more even complexion. Many users make the FaceMask a regular part of their anti-ageing and skincare routine.

    In addition to combining red and near-infrared light, the mask features innovative Wrinkle Zoning, which supplies particularly wrinkle-prone areas of the face with a specifically tailored combination of wavelengths. This is complemented by an integrated 415 nm Blue-Light Spot Treatment that can be used on individual blemishes.

    The combination of red and near-infrared light is also used by many dermatologists to address both superficial and deeper layers of the skin and promote a more even complexion.

  • For most applications, we recommend using it around 3–5 times a week for 5–20 minutes each time (depending on intensity). The optimal frequency may vary depending on skin type, skin condition and personal sensitivity.

    When starting out, it can be helpful to begin with shorter sessions and gradually increase the duration if your skin tolerates it well.

  • Many users with sensitive skin use the FaceMask as a gentle addition to their skincare routine. In particular, the combination of 630 nm red light and 830 nm near-infrared light is often used to soothe the skin and support regeneration processes.

    For rosacea or very sensitive skin, we recommend starting with shorter sessions and gradually increasing the duration. This allows your skin to get used to the light application slowly.

    Particular care is needed if you have a known sensitivity to light or are taking medication that can increase sensitivity to light (e.g. certain antibiotics, steroids or NSAIDs). In these cases, we recommend consulting a medical professional before use.

    As with any form of light therapy, individual reactions can vary. If redness, irritation or other unexpected reactions occur, we recommend pausing use and seeking medical advice if necessary.

  • In addition to the face mask itself, the controller features an integrated 415 nm blue light module for targeting individual blemishes.

    To use it, hold the back of the controller directly on the affected spot or slightly above it. Then activate blue light mode and treat the spot for around 10 minutes.

    Blue light is often used to support blemish-prone skin and complements the mask's wide-area red and near-infrared application.

  • We recommend cleansing your face thoroughly first and using the FaceMask on clean skin. Skincare products with highly reflective, photosensitive or acidic ingredients should be removed before use.

    Serums, moisturisers or other active ingredients can then be applied as usual afterwards. Many users deliberately combine light application with their skincare routine to complement their skincare in the best possible way.

  • Medication and certain skincare ingredients can increase sensitivity to light. These may include some antibiotics, retinoids or acid-based products. If in doubt, seek medical advice before use and remove active or acidic skincare products completely from your skin.

  • The FaceMask was developed specifically for the face and, of course, takes eye protection into account. Two open silicone eye inserts are included. These sit around the eyes but leave the central eye opening free, so you can keep your eyes open without any problems. The heilys® FaceMask was developed and tested in Germany. It is manufactured in line with recognised quality and safety standards, including CE, RoHS and WEEE.

  • The FaceMask is made from high-quality medical-grade silicone that is particularly kind to the skin, flexible and durable. The hypoallergenic material adapts comfortably to different face shapes, is very comfortable to wear and is also easy to clean.

    A soft, slightly damp cloth is usually all you need for cleaning. Please do not use harsh cleaning agents, solvents or alcohol-based cleaners, as these can damage the material. The mask should also not be immersed in water or cleaned under running water.

    After use, store the FaceMask in a dry, protected place to keep the material and LEDs in good condition for the long term. This way, the mask's hygiene, comfort and performance will be maintained for many years
