Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät! Zuletzt habe ich es unterstützend verwendet, um Blockaden im Rücken zu lockern. Die Wärme war angenehm und die Schmerzen waren nach den Anwendungen gelindert. Das Gerät ist leicht zu bedienen und steht stabil. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass sich der Einstrahlwinkel nicht so leicht feststellen lässt. Ich bin trotzdem sehr zufrieden.
Ein tolles Teil! Meine Frau und ich setzen es beinahe täglich ein - für das Gesicht, gegen Verspannungen im Nacken oder auch (jetzt bei den niedrigen Temperaturen draußen), gegen kalte Hände. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist hervorragend und dank Touchscreen ist das Gerät super einfach zu bedienen. Wir sind begeistert! 🤩

Die Lampe erfüllt meiner Meinung seinen Zweck. Hilft mir bei Rückenschmerzen in der Wirbelsäule. Weiter habe ich sie noch nicht verwendet. Allerdings ist die Beschreibung für den Normalverbraucher dürftig. Bei der manuellen Einstellung der beiden Lichtquellen (Rotlicht/NIR) fehlen mir Empfehlungen, welche Stärke und Zeit zB. bei Erkältung, Schnupfen, Halsschmerzen, Entzündungen udgl. zweckmässig währen. Wenn ein paar Beispiele in der Anleitung angeführt währen, wäre das für die nicht professioellen Anwender beim Hausgebrauch von großer Hilfe. Vielleicht gibt es eine Ergänzung diesbezüglich. Ansonsten ist die Lampe von guter Qualität und sauber verarbeitet.
Das Gerät macht einen soliden Eindruck. Nutze es für unterschiedlichste Anwendungen und hoffe, dass es wirkt.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Panel und dem Service der bei Nachfragen sehr schnell und kompetent antwortet. Das Ergebnis nach nur kurzer Zeit der Anwendung von Rotlichttherapie hat mich sehr überzeugt. Eine Wunde die seit einem Jahr nicht geheilt war ist nach ganz kurzer Zeit mit der Rotlichttherapie zugeheilt. Ich bedanke mich für dieses super Produkt.

Bestrahle 3x die Woche morgens für 3 Minuten meine Augen (trockene Makulardegeneration) , das Kontrast-und Tiefensehenhat sich verbessert, Erkrankung ist unverändert stabil. Sehr vielversprechend. Auch sehr positive Erfahrung mit Rotlicht und NIR auf die Bauchorgane, wunderbar angenehm und vitalisierend.
Unseren Augen hat es ebenso gut getan, wie dem schmerzhaften Rücken. Ich konnte meine Ischiasbeschwerden in kurzer Zeit los werden. Was ich mir wünschen würde, wäre eine detailiertere Gebrauchsanweisung, aber dies wird ausgeglichen durch eine super Beratung und Hilfe bei allen anfallenden Fragen.

Das Produkt wirkt wertig und ist im Raum auch als Möbel integrierbar. Wir haben und für das kleine Gerät entschieden, weil wir es auch gerne auf Reisen mitnehmen möchten. Die Modi sind leicht einzustellen. Leider enthält die Information zum Gerät nicht mehr Informationen als die Internetseite, um eine individuelle Konfiguration zu erstellen. Über die Wirkung meines Geräts kann ich noch gar nichts sagen, da ich es als Post Vak Patientin mit ausgeprägtem Krankheitsbild probiere.

Technical Specifications
The application with a heilys® panel can be easily integrated into daily life and flexibly adapted to different goals. Depending on the area of application, the main differences are distance, intensity, and application duration – these three factors together determine the light dose.
For regeneration, for example, one would irradiate approximately 10 minutes per body area at a distance of 15-30 cm with red and near-infrared light. For the light to optimally reach the skin, the body area to be treated should be as free of clothing as possible. The pre-installed standard programs of the heilys® panels offer an easy introduction and are already tailored to typical application goals.
Beginners should start with shorter sessions and slowly increase the application duration. Many users use their panel 4–6 times a week, some even daily. Regularity is particularly important, as the best results are usually achieved through continuous application over several weeks.
Yes, a pleasant warmth often develops on the skin during application. This is generated by the absorption of red and near-infrared light in the tissue and is perceived as relaxing by many users.
However, unlike classic infrared or heat lamps, heilys® panels do not primarily work via heat. While heat lamps mainly generate heat superficially, the panels specifically use red and near-infrared light wavelengths to support biological processes in the cells. As a result, significantly less heat is usually generated than with classic heat applications.
How strongly the warmth is perceived depends, among other things, on the distance to the panel, the selected intensity, the duration of application, and individual sensitivity. If you find the warmth too intense, we recommend increasing the distance to the panel or adjusting the intensity.
All Gen series panels use the same wavelengths (630 nm, 660 nm, 670 nm red light and 810 nm, 830 nm and 850 nm near-infrared light) and the same basic technology. The differences primarily lie in the size of the irradiation area, the number of LEDs, and the maximum power and intensity.
The choice of the right panel mainly depends on which body areas you want to treat.
The different models are based on the number of installed LEDs. The higher the number, the larger the irradiation area:
The larger models allow for an increasingly larger irradiation area and are particularly suitable for users who want to regularly treat multiple body areas or perform whole-body applications.
Whether protective eyewear is required depends on the specific application and the treated body area. As a general rule, do not stare directly into the LEDs – especially during applications with near-infrared light (NIR). Since NIR is largely invisible to the human eye, the actual light intensity is often underestimated.
For applications on the face or for sensitive eyes, we therefore recommend using the protective eyewear provided. Alternatively, the eyes can, of course, also be closed during the application.
Red light and near-infrared light are generally well tolerated by most people. However, in certain situations, we recommend seeking medical advice before use.
These situations include, in particular, pregnancy, cancer or thyroid diseases, pacemakers or other implants, the use of photosensitizing medications, as well as known photosensitive skin conditions or a tendency to light-induced seizures. For unexplained skin changes, tumor diseases, eye diseases, or chronic diseases, medical clarification should also be sought prior to use.
Furthermore, swollen, acutely inflamed, open, weeping, or infected skin areas should not be directly irradiated. In such cases, medical clarification or the subsidence of the acute inflammatory phase is recommended first.

Yes. heilys® panels are deliberately designed to adapt flexibly to your living situation and your preferred application. Depending on your needs, you can permanently mount the panel, use it mobile, or even expand it into a professional full-body setup.
1. Wall and Door Mount (included)
Each panel already comes with a wall and door mount. This allows you to permanently attach your panel to a wall or flexibly hang it on a door. This solution is particularly suitable for regular use at home and saves space.
2. MobileStand (heilys mobile Stand 30cm for Red Light Therapy)
The heilys® MobileStand makes your panel mobile. Thanks to its wheels and folding mechanism, it can be easily moved, set up, and stored in a space-saving manner. For a fixed location, the wheels can also be removed if required.
3. FlexiStand (heilys® FlexiStand L)
The heilys® FlexiStand offers maximum freedom in positioning your panel. Thanks to 90° rotation and a tilt and swivel design, you can position the panel exactly where you need it – even comfortably while lying down over your bed or couch. The wheels ensure mobility, while the quick-release mount allows for quick insertion and removal of the panel.

heilys® panels are designed for long-term use. The installed LEDs are designed for a lifespan of approximately 100,000 operating hours, which corresponds to many years of regular use with normal usage.
In addition, the panels operate flicker-free and with very low electromagnetic fields (Low EMF), which makes them comfortable even for extended applications.

Many users therefore use the panels without problems in their living room, bedroom, home office or during relaxing applications. During operation, only a slight fan noise is usually perceptible. No. heilys® panels operate with ultra-quiet fans and produce only a low level of noise. The volume is approximately 36 dB at a distance of 15 cm and approximately 33 dB at a distance of 50 cm. This is roughly equivalent to a quiet whisper or a quiet living environment.
