heilys® PowerDot was specially developed for targeted applications. Despite its compact size of just 45 mm in diameter, a weight of only 30 g, and 19 powerful LEDs, it combines red light (660 nm) and near-infrared light (850 nm) for targeted applications on smaller body areas.
Thanks to its integrated battery, PowerDot can be used wirelessly and fits easily into almost any bag. This makes it ideal for use at home, in the office, during sports, or while traveling – anywhere you want to use red and near-infrared light flexibly and precisely.
Thanks to hands-free attachment with adhesive stickers or a wristband, PowerDot can be used during many everyday activities without having to be held.
Yes. The effectiveness of a red light device depends not only on its size, but primarily on how much light energy actually reaches the target tissue.
PowerDot was specially developed for spot applications on small areas. Its 19 LEDs focus the light specifically on the desired area, achieving a high local light density.
For comparison: On a sunny day, the sun delivers a total of about 100 mW/cm². However, only about 20–30 mW/cm² of this is accounted for by the red and near-infrared wavelengths that are particularly relevant for photobiomodulation. PowerDot generates these wavelengths specifically and without UV radiation – regardless of the weather and exactly where the light is needed.
Especially for smaller body areas such as joints, tendons, muscles, or the wrist, a compact device can therefore be an effective and practical solution. Its small size is not a disadvantage, but rather a deliberate choice to use light energy as targeted as possible.
This is significantly more light energy in the red/NIR range than most people receive specifically on a particular body area during a normal outdoor stay.
PowerDot is particularly suitable for smaller and specifically treatable body areas such as knees, elbows, wrists, fingers, shoulders, neck, Achilles tendon, or other local muscle and joint regions. Its compact design allows the light to be applied precisely where it is needed.
Many users utilize PowerDot to support muscle strain, joint discomfort, recovery after physical activity, or to promote local blood circulation. The combination of red light and near-infrared light is also frequently used to support natural regenerative processes in tissues.
For application, PowerDot can either be attached directly to the skin with the included adhesive stickers or secured to the desired body area using the wristband. This allows for flexible use on a wide variety of body regions.
An separately available extension band is also available for larger body areas. The additional 45 cm extension allows for secure, comfortable, and reliable attachment even to larger body circumferences and significantly expands PowerDot's range of applications.
Applying PowerDots is particularly easy and can be flexibly integrated into your daily routine. Attach PowerDot either directly to your skin with the included adhesive stickers or use the wristband to secure it to the desired body part.
Then, press and hold the touch field on the back of the device for more than three seconds to turn on PowerDot. After that, you can choose between three application modes:
Mode 1: 50% red light + 50% near-infrared light – for a balanced combination of both wavelengths.
Mode 2: 100% near-infrared light – often used for applications on deeper tissue structures such as muscles or joints.
Mode 3: 100% red light – particularly suitable for superficial applications, for example on the skin, face, or neck.
After use, turn off the device and carefully remove it from your skin. Thanks to its compact design and hands-free attachment, PowerDot can be comfortably used during many everyday activities.
Many users apply PowerDot to the inside of the wrist. This area is particularly well-suited for light application because the skin there is comparatively thin, light can easily penetrate the tissue, and larger blood vessels are directly underneath. In addition, blood flow is particularly high at this spot.
For this application, we recommend the combination mode of red light and near-infrared light. PowerDot can be comfortably attached to the wrist with the included strap.
Six applications per day, lasting approximately 2 minutes per wrist, are recommended. Thanks to its compact size, PowerDot is ideal for easy and mobile use – both at home and on the go.
PowerDot is conveniently charged via the integrated USB-C interface. The current charge level is displayed when the device is turned on, so you always know the battery status.
With one battery charge, PowerDot can be used wirelessly for up to 1 hour. Thanks to the integrated battery, it is ideal for flexible applications at home, in the office or on the go – without the need for a power outlet.
Charging can be done flexibly via a USB power adapter (not included), a power bank, or other USB power sources.
PowerDot uses red light (660 nm) and near-infrared light (850 nm), which are considered safe and well-tolerated when used as intended.
Before use, we recommend consulting a medical professional if you are pregnant, suffer from cancer, are taking photosensitizing medication, or have a known light sensitivity.
The device should not be used on severely irritated, weeping, or acutely inflamed skin. If you notice any discomfort or skin reactions during use, we recommend discontinuing use.

For most applications, we recommend a usage time of about 10 minutes per treatment area per day. If necessary, individual areas can be treated multiple times, but a total of 20 minutes per body area per day should not be exceeded. The maximum daily application time is 60 minutes.

Der PowerDot hilft mir extrem! Nicht nur gegen meine Arthritis im Zeh, sondern sogar nachts beim Schlafen. Ich liebe dieses kleine aber effektive Gerät. Vor allem sieht es im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Rotlichtgeräten sehr ästhetisch aus und passt in jede Tasche!
Ich bin begeistern vom PowerDot. Habe ihn direkt für mein schmerzendes Knie angewandt und die Schmerzen waren einfach nach nur einer Session weg. Konnte es gar nicht glauben. Während der Nutzung wird er etwas warm, was mir vorallem an sensibleren Hautstellen aufgefallen ist. Das hat mich aber nicht davon abgehalten ihn zu nutzen.
Ich leide seit Jahren durch eine Verletzung an Handgelenkschmerzen, welche durch das viele tippen in meinem Bürojob noch intensiver wurden. Als ich den Dot das erste Mal verwendet habe, konnte ich direkt eine Erleichterung spüren. Das Häufige anwenden hat den Schmerz immer mehr genommen. Ich liebe dass ich ihn direkt bei der Arbeit tragen kann und keine Zeit verliere.
Ich bin echt begeistert von diesem Dot. Ich wusste dass es ein bisschen dauern kann bei Rotlicht Therapie bis man Ergebnisse bekommt oder eine Besserung merkt, aber schon nach dem 1. Mal waren meine Schmerzen im Nacken weg. Ich hätte es echt nicht gedacht. Was mir auch gefällt ist das man nebenbei weiter arbeiten kann und nicht eingeschränkt ist bei der Nutzung. Das einzige was ich nicht mochte, ist das ich manchmal ausversehen den Modus verstellt habe, wenn ich mit meiner Hand versehentlich an den Touchscreen dran gekommen bin. Aber nicht ein Grund weshalb ich’s nicht kaufen würde. Die beste Rotlichtlampe, die ich bisher benutzt habe.

Einzig das Klettband könnte länger sein. Ich habe mir mit einem separaten Klettband ein Verlängerung angebracht, dann passt es auch z.B. um das Bein.

Ist mir zu klein, hätte ich nicht bestellen sollen.
Bringt mir keine Erfolge.
Das Band ist zu kurz, hätte es gern am Knöchel, Fussbereich , Fersenbereich benutzt, da dort aktuell Schmerz sitzt, geht nun leider nur mit Kleberinge, diese wiederum halten nur einmal und somit sind sie ganz schnell aufgebraucht.
Ansonnsten ist das Gerät gut durchdacht.
Eine größere Variante ist wohl sinnvoller.
Dir Wirkung auf die Muskulatur ist sehr gut .
Schmerzen werden nach jeder Behandlung gestoppt, nach regelmäßiger Behandlung verschwinden diese teilweise.
Das Klettband ist leider viel zu kurz, damit ist die Anwendung sehr eingeschränkt.
Ich habe mir ein längeres Band installiert um die Anwendung zu optimieren.
Ein sehr empfehlenswert gut verarbeitetes Produkt.
Klein und praktisch mit großer Wirkung.
Ich benutze den PowerDot ca 4 mal wöchentlich, um meine Verspannungen an der forderen Halsmuskulatur und meiner Kiefermuskelatur zu behandeln. Dazu benutze ich nur das Nahinfrarotprogramm. Die ins Gesicht ausstrahlenden Schmerzen sind nach ein paar Tagen Behandlung verschwunden. Natürlich ersetzt der PowerDot keine Physiotherapie, antientzündliche Ernährung und gesunde Bewegung. Er unterstützt aber nicht nur effektiv den Heilungsprozess, sondern verkürzt ihn auch.
Nun benutze ich ihn sowohl zur Vorbeugung, als auch zur akuten Anwendung.

Bin auch der Meinung,das meine Schmerzen

Die Anwendung im Nackenbereich finde ich nicht so vorteilhaft,da der Klebestreifen/Ring nicht gut haftet ,leider.
Ich denke schon darüber nach mir ein weiteres Produkt zu kaufen .
Lieferung erfolgte schnell, die Verarbeitung erscheint gut, die Anpassbarkeit könnte noch etwas besser sein, z.B. Daumengrundgelenk, leider hatte ichnicht daran gedacht, das Verlängerungsband gleich mitzubestellen, wodurch die Anwendung im Moment nur auf die Hände beschränkt ist. Die Ergebnisse sind für mich nicht leicht zu beziffern, ein "vielleicht" scheint mir am besten zu passen.
Leider ist das beigefügte Armband zu klein, daher konnte ich es noch nicht anwenden. Ich hatte dies im Chat bereits mitgeteilt, ihre Kollegin wollte mir ein größeres Armband zukommen lassen. Welches ich bis dato nicht erhalten habe. Ehrlich gesagt habe ich auch nicht mehr daran gedacht jetzt sind die 30 Tage auch vorbei zum zurück schicken. Ich konnte ihren Artikel nicht anwenden.

Power dot, sehr hilfreich bei gelenkschmerzen, nach ein paar Wochen merkt man die Verbesserung. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Lieferung
Ich habe den Powerdot auf einem schmerzenden Nerv im unteren Rücken verwendet. Die Anwendung war durch den Aufkleber sehr leicht, ich konnte das Gerät direkt auf die schmerzende Stelle platzieren ohne es festhalten zu müssen. Die Schmerzen haben innerhalb weniger Minuten nachgelassen und ich konnte spüren wie sich alle Strukturen um den Nerv herum entspannen. Ich konnte mich nach der Anwendung viel freier bewegen und der Schmerz war deutlich gemindert.
Immer wenn ich punktuell schlimmen Schmerz hatte hab ich den PowerDot benutzt und es hat sofort geholfen. Mein Sohn hatte Ohrenschmerzen und ich hab den PowerDot beim Ihm benutzt und er hat gesagt die Ohrenschmerzen waren auch direkt nach Nutzung weg
Ich hatte tagelang richtige Verspannungen im Nacken weil ich mich einmal falsch gedreht hatte ich dachte ich muss unbedingt zum Masseur gehen dann habe ich das Rotlicht auf die Stellen gelegt wo es weh getan hatte und der Schmerz ist nach 20 Minuten fast komplett weg gewesen auch am nächsten Tag hatte ich so gut wie keine Schmerzen mehr.
Ich hab den Power Dot benutzt weil ich Schmerzen in meinem Muskel und meinem Nerven hatte. Direkt während der Nutzung hab ich gemerkt wie der Schmerz nachgelassen hat. Der Schmerz den ich hatte war ein stechender Schmerz und nachdem ich den Dot 1-2 mal am Tag für 1 Woche benutzt habe war der komplett weg und es ging mir 100% besser!
Ich hab den Power Dot am Schulterblatt benutzt, ich hatte da was eingeklemmt. Man merkt bei den Anwendungen wie der Power Dot anfängt zu entspannen und er hat geholfen den Schmerz zu lindern
