SHIPPING
Shipping method and delivery time
We ship with DHL. Orders received on working days before 12:00 noon (CET) are usually dispatched on the same day; orders received after 12:00 are dispatched on the next working day (except for large quantities or items that are not in stock). Pallet orders are delivered by a reliable freight forwarder to your address.
- Germany: 1–2 working days
- Other EU countries: 2–4 working days
- Switzerland: 3–5 working days (incl. customs clearance by MeinEinkauf AG)
- United Kingdom: 1–3 working days
Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped from our UK warehouse in Wellington (Somerset) with a UK carrier. Items that are not held in our UK warehouse are shipped from Germany with DHL (3–5 working days); for these items UK import charges may apply.
Shipping costs
All deliveries within the European Union, to Switzerland and within the United Kingdom are free of charge. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with all relevant information and a tracking link. You will be informed promptly of any status changes.
Order not received in full?
If your order is sent in several parcels, they may not all arrive at the same time. In this case, the carrier will deliver the outstanding parcels later.
Returns
If your goods are defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately so that we can arrange the next steps for you. If you wish to withdraw from your order, you will find all information about the refund process in our terms and conditions and cancellation policy.

Packaging take-back
Under the German Packaging Act (§ 15 (1) sentence 1 VerpackG), we are obliged to take back certain packaging materials from end consumers free of charge: transport packaging such as pallets and large packaging; sales and outer packaging that does not normally end up as waste with private end consumers; sales and outer packaging for which participation in a collection system is not possible due to system incompatibilities; sales packaging of contents containing hazardous substances; and reusable packaging. As an end consumer, you can return such packaging at the place of actual handover or in its immediate vicinity. This ensures proper disposal and contributes to the European recovery targets under EU Directive 94/62/EC.
