Zuerst einmal: die Lampe macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck! Wir haben die Clean Sleep für unsere Kinder geholt, da sie Abends oft Schwierigkeiten haben, runterzufahren und einzuschlafen. Mit der Clean Sleep war sofort ein Unterschied in der Abendroutine zu sehen. Zum Lesen wird der Flame white Modus genutzt und anschließend der rote Modus zum Einschlafen und als Nachtlicht. Ein richtig tolles und auch optisch / designmäßig schönes Produkt. Die Kinder lieben es!

Unsere Tochter hat seit klein auf Schwierigkeiten einzuschlafen und wenn sie in der Nacht aufwacht findet sie nur schwer in Schlaf zurück - das führt dazu, das sie morgens oft Müde und gestresst war. habe die Nachtlampe, das finde ich richtig toll.
Bin gut ausgeschlafen danach. Brauche sie nicht jede Nacht.
Wir nutzen das Clean Sleep für unsere Kinder, damit sie sanfter einschlafen und auch sanfter in den Tag starten. Direkt vor dem Schlafen gehen die normalen Lichter anzuhaben, mit viel Blaulicht, oder aber mit Rotlicht den Tag ausklingen zu lassen, macht einen Unterschied. Es ist beruhigend für unsere Kinder und es fällt ihnen leichter runter zukommen.

Sehr angenehmes Licht, um abends im Bett noch zu lesen, selbst den Mann daneben stört es nicht. Die Bedienung ist einfach und deutlich erklärt. Dass man aufladen muss, merkt man deutlich an der geringen Helligkeit, kann man ja am Tag danach erledigen.

Die Lampe hat wirklich wunderschöne verschiedene Lichteinstellung.
Leider fehlt ein Timer und ein Bewegungsmelder so dass man die Lampe entweder zum Einschlafen nutzen kann, dass sie, z.B, nach einer halben Stunde ausgeht oder dass man sie im Flur nutzen kann wenn man nachts zur Toilette muss. Das wären meine Verbesserungsvorschläge für diese schöne Lampe.

Die Lampe war ein Geschenk an meine Tochter.
Sie mag die dezente, angenehme Beleuchtung, die einfache Bedienung und das die Lampe kabellos ist. Auch kann sie sehr gut und Augen schonend bei der Beleuchtung lesen.
Ob sich eine Schlafverbesserung einstellt ist nach der kurzen Zeit noch nicht zu sagen.

No. CleanSleep is designed as room and ambient lighting. Position it so that it pleasantly illuminates the area you want. You don't need to look directly into the light source to use it.
If you find the light too bright or dazzling, reduce the brightness or increase the distance.
CleanSleep is operated via the touch-sensitive top of the lamp. A short tap switches the lamp on or off. A double tap switches between the two light modes. Touching and holding continuously increases or decreases the brightness.

For the darkest possible sleep environment, switching the lamp off remains the most consistent solution.
CleanSleep is mainly intended for the time before you fall asleep and for brief moments during the night. It doesn't need to be on all the time for you to build its benefits into your evening routine.
If you need a night light permanently, use DeepRed at the lowest brightness at which you can still find your way safely. Even long-wave red light is not entirely without biological effect. Brightness and duration still matter.
