Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Gen20. Hab schon eine Produkte auf dem Markt gesehen aber hier überzeugt mich nicht nur die einfache Handhabung, das Schlichte Design, sondern vorallem auch die vielfältige Einsetzbarkeit. Sie lässt sich ganz praktisch aufstellen, die Hände bleiben frei um andere wichtige Dinge zu erledigen. Zusätzlich zur Regeneration und allgemeinen Wohlbefinden setze ich den Gen20 auch bei meinem kranken Kind mit starken Knochenschmerzen ein und sie verschafft echte Linderung. Bin begeistert und würde sie absolut weiter empfehlen.

Leider musste ich von dem Rückgabe Versprechen Gebrauch machen ... Grund: die "Tasten" an dem Gen20 waren für mich nicht bedienbar ... das war/ist extrem frustrierend. Der Support hat zwar versucht mir dabei zu helfen ... mit geduldiger telefonischer Erklärung ... Doch es klappte nicht wirklich ... konnte das Gerät leider nicht nutzen ... deshalb Rücksendung.

The heilys® Gen20 ToGo is particularly suitable for anyone who wants to use red and near-infrared light in a flexible, compact and mobile way. Thanks to its handy size and low weight, it is ideal for targeted use on individual areas of the body such as the face, neck, shoulders, hands, knees, feet or smaller muscle and joint areas.
Unlike larger panels, the Gen20 ToGo is mainly intended for targeted spot applications. It fits easily into everyday life, travels well and works anywhere you want a compact red light solution.
The Gen20 ToGo uses the same high-quality LEDs and the same six wavelengths as the large Gen series panels. The difference lies mainly in the size, the area covered and the panels' extended control features.
The heilys® Gen20 ToGo is deliberately small and handy, yet still delivers high light output for targeted applications. The irradiance is 50 mW/cm² at a distance of 5 cm and 15 mW/cm² at a distance of 15 cm. This makes it ideal for targeted use on smaller areas of the body such as the face, neck, hands, knees, feet or individual muscle and joint areas.
With 12 dual-chip LEDs, six wavelengths and an output of 9 watts, it offers the same light technology as the larger Gen series devices – but in a particularly compact format.
The built-in battery provides up to 2 hours of runtime and can be fully charged via USB-C in around 2 hours. This means you always have enough power for your session, even on the go.
The Gen20 ToGo can be used flexibly for targeted applications on smaller areas of the body. Depending on the intensity you want, you can position the device closer to your body or set it up a little further away.
At a distance of 5 cm, the irradiance is 50 mW/cm²; at a distance of 15 cm, it is 15 mW/cm². As the distance increases, the light spreads over a larger area while the irradiance on the skin decreases.
With the integrated stand, you can position the Gen20 ToGo in front of your face, neck, shoulder, knee or other smaller areas, for example. Choose the distance and intensity so that the session feels comfortable. If the exposed area becomes uncomfortably warm, reduce the intensity, increase the distance or pause the session.
At a distance of 5 cm: higher intensity for targeted use
At a distance of 15 cm: lower intensity and a slightly larger exposed area
Yes. The Gen20 ToGo can be flexibly adapted to your personal needs. The intensity can be adjusted continuously between 10 % and 100 %, allowing both gentle and more intense sessions.
The Gen20 ToGo also features a built-in timer that can be set between 1 and 90 minutes. This lets you tailor the session length to the area of the body and how it feels for you.
To get started, we recommend beginning with a moderate intensity and shorter session times and adjusting the settings gradually as needed. This way, you'll quickly find the right light dose for you.

The main difference therefore lies not in the quality of the light, but in size and features. The Gen20 ToGo was developed as a particularly compact, mobile solution. It is battery-powered, fits into almost any bag and is ideal for targeted use on individual areas of the body.
The larger panels, on the other hand, offer additional features such as separate control of individual wavelengths, pulse modes, app control, touchscreen, preset programmes, remote control and the option of combining several panels. In return, they are primarily designed for stationary use at home.
If you're looking for maximum mobility, the Gen20 ToGo offers a compact solution with the same light technology. If you want to treat the largest possible areas of the body or configure your set-up individually, the Gen series panels are the better choice.
As with the larger Gen series devices, the high-quality LEDs of the Gen20 ToGo are designed for a lifespan of up to 100,000 operating hours. That's equivalent to many years of regular use.
For applications on the face or near the eyes, we always recommend using the protective goggles provided. For applications on other areas of the body, this is usually not necessary.
As a general rule: don't stare directly into the LEDs, and pay attention to your body's reflexes if the light is too dazzling. Alternatively, you can of course close your eyes during the session.
Before cleaning, the device should always be switched off, disconnected from the power supply and completely cooled down. Then use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or dirt from the surface.
Please do not use liquids, cleaning agents, solvents or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the housing or the LEDs. The device should also not be cleaned under running water or immersed in water.
After use, store the Gen20 ToGo in a cool, dry place and protect it from moisture, high heat and direct sunlight. For transport and storage, we recommend the included sturdy carry case, which reliably protects the Gen20 ToGo from knocks, scratches and dirt.
This keeps the device's performance, appearance and lifespan intact for many years.
