Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Panel und dem Service. Die Ergebnisse nach nur kurzer Zeit der Anwendung von Rotlichttherapie haben mich positiv überrascht und überzeugt das es sich hier um keinen übertriebenen Hype sondern und reale Wirkungen handelt.
Die betrifft vor allem aber nicht nur der deutlichen Verbesserungen meiner Haut im Gesicht. Allein dieser Effekt war die Investition wert. Mein Hautbild hat sich massiv verbessert und eine rote Stelle die kein Arzt mit einem Lase je hat verbessern können ist fast verschwunden.
Auch meine Augen sind wesentlich besser geworden (individuelles Programm). Weiterhin nutze ich das Rotlicht Morgens und Abends in meinem Schlafzimmer was zu besserem Schlaf, früherem Einschlafen und leichterem Aufwachen führt. Ich habe 4 Programme die ich regelmässig nutze.
Für mich sind weiterhin die EInstellungden der individullen Wellenlängen wichtig da ich dadurch zwei weitere Programme erstellen konnte die ich regelmässig nutze.
Die Verbindungstechnik als auch das Gerät sind solide und hochwertig gearbeitet und ich habe nur wenige kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge. Zum Beispiel wäre es von Vorteil wenn man mit der Fernbedienung das Gerät auch komplett ausstellen könnte und zwar so das dann auch die Standby Leuchte ausgeht. Zwar kann man über die App steuern aber wenn man nachts schlafen will ist es nicht gut ein Handy neben sich zu haben auch dann wenn es aus ist ausserdem ist die StandBy Leuchte dann trotzdem weiter an. Ein kleines Detail aber nicht unwichtig.
Alles in allem bin ich aber sehr zufrieden und überlege ein weiteres Pannel zusätzlich zu erwerben.
Leider funktioniert das Teil nach sechs Wochen nicht mehr wurde jetzt eingeschickt und warte auf die Reparatur! Ich dachte, nach so kurzer Zeit gibt es einen Umtausch, damit ich das Gerät schneller wieder nutzen kann. Von der Anwendung bin ich in den ersten Wochen sehr zufrieden!

Der Grund dafür ist vor allem die Nachhaltigkeit. Wir möchten Produkte so lange wie möglich instand setzen, statt sie vorschnell zu ersetzen. Genau deshalb geben wir auch 5 Jahre Garantie auf unsere Panels – weil uns eine langfristige und verantwortungsvolle Lösung wichtig ist.
Wir verstehen aber auch sehr gut, dass du dir in so einem Fall eine schnellere Lösung gewünscht hättest, und bitten hier um dein Verständnis.

Ich bin absolut begeistert!! Fühle mich so viel besser, wenn ich RLT mache. Voll mit Energie auch im Winter. Aber am meisten habe ich es geliebt in meiner Schwangerschaft. Es hat meinen Rücken jedes Mal so entlastet und die Schmerzen gelindert. Am besten finde ich an diesen Panels, dass es vorgefertigte Modi gibt, so ist die Wellenkombination perfekt auf meinen Bedarf abgestimmt. Bin total froh dass ich mich für diese Panels entschieden habe.

L'appareil a été livré dans les délais et nous avons pu l'installer très facilement. Malheureusement l'interrupteur à l'arrière ne fonctionne plus, donc nous coupons le courant avec une prise avec interrupteur incorporé. Tous les matins nous prenons notre "bain de soleil" pour les douleurs et l'immunité. Pour le moment , il n'y a pas assez de recul pour témoigner du bienfait attendu, mais c'est un moment agréable.
Nous attendons le nouveau support prévu pour début juillet, qui doit améliorer notre installation.

Vor rund zwei Monaten habe ich das Gen300 Panel mit mobilem Standfuß erworben. Die Lieferung in die Schweiz erfolgte innerhalb weniger Tage. Das Produkt war sehr sorgfältig verpackt und kam vollständig sowie unbeschädigt bei mir an.
Der Aufbau gestaltete sich unkompliziert und schnell. Das Panel überzeugt durch eine hochwertige Verarbeitung und ein ansprechendes Design. Die sechs voreingestellten Programme bieten einen idealen Einstieg, während die Möglichkeit, bis zu zwölf individuelle Programme zu speichern, zusätzlichen Komfort und Flexibilität schafft. Auch die Bedienung direkt am Gerät ist intuitiv und benutzerfreundlich.
Bereits nach zwei bis drei Wochen konnte ich erste positive Veränderungen feststellen: weniger Haarausfall, kräftigeres Haar sowie eine sichtbare Verbesserung meiner großflächigen Überpigmentierungen an Oberarmen und Schultern. Insgesamt hat das Gen300 Panel meine Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich zudem den Kundenservice, der alle nach dem Kauf aufgetretenen Fragen kompetent, zeitnah und sehr professionell beantwortet hat.
Von mir gibt es daher fünf Sterne und eine klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die gezielt in ihre Gesundheit investieren möchten.
Schnelle Lieferung, sehr gute Verpackung. Das Gen 300
macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und ist leicht zu bedienen. Die RL und NIR Therapie ist wohltuend.
Ich habe das Gen 300 Panel und bin außerordentlich zufrieden damit. Meine Rückenschmerzen haben sich stark gebessert. Ich habe nur noch selten Verspannungen. Ich wende es auch zur Verbesserung der Gesichtshaut an, aber da ist es noch zu früh nach sechs Wochen um wirkliche Ergebnisse zu sehen. Aber das Pendel ist eine klare Empfehlung von mir.
Sehr gute Geräte, alles funktioniert bestens. Wir nutzen dies regelmäßig und sind mit Haut, Muskeln und Gelenke sowie bei Entzündungsreduktion sehr zufrieden. Auch der Service von Heilys ist sehr gewissenhaft und ruft zurück, bzw. gibt sofort Antwort. Die Firma und Ihre Produkte kann man absolut empfehlen.
Wir haben uns vor einigen Monaten ein Panel angeschafft. Seitdem hat mein Zahnfleischbluten aufgehört und auch meine Rektusdiastase hat sich stark zurückgebildet und ist fast weg!
Ich habe meine beiden Kinder mit sehr kurzem Abstand bekommen. Als ich mit Rotlichttherapie (RLT) anfing, war mein Jüngstes 13 Monate alt und ich hatte einen Spalt von etwa 15 cm. Ich trainierte nur unregelmäßig und sah seit Monaten keine Fortschritte mehr.
Nach etwa 3 Monaten der RLT tastete ich ohne irgendeine Erwartung meine Bauchmuskulatur ab, wie ich es alle paar Monate mache und stellte zu meiner Überraschung fest, dass sich der Spalt bis auf etwa 5cm geschlossen hatte und jetzt nach etwa 3 weiteren Wochen sind es nur noch 2 bis 3cm!
Außerdem hatte die RLT einen sofortigen positiven Effekt auf meine Schlafqualität, mein Energielevel und meine Stimmung. Auch Schmerzlinderung bei Rücken- oder Knieschmerzen konnte ich wahrnehmen.
Das Panel ist von hochwertiger Qualität, sieht toll aus und ist in der Handhabung selbsterklärend und einfach.
Rotlichttherapie ist aus unserem Leben nicht mehr wegzudenken!
Wir könnten nicht zufriedener sein und sind nicht zum letzten Mal Kunde bei Heilys gewesen!
Wir sind mit unserem Heilys Gen 300 Panel sehr zufrieden. Wir nutzen es jeden Tag in verschiedenen Modi.
Gerade morgens ist eine Wohltat. Man hat spürbar mehr Energie am Morgen und kann besser in den Tag starten.
Weitere Dinge die sich schon verbessert haben sind Durchblutung und Hautbild.
Wir sind absolut zufrieden und man freut sich jedesmal das Gerät zu benutzen.
Super einfach zu bedienen, ich verwende regelmäßig abwechselnd verschiedene Modus, gerne auch für die Augen und für die Haut.
Habe meinen Heilys Gen 300 an der Wand befestigt und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Anwendung. Ich mache das auch mal zwischendrin als Pause vom Home-Office und höre nebenbei Musik oder einen Podcast. Alles Bestens :-)
Bisher kann ich nur Beratung und Lieferung bewerten. Beratung war schnell und kompetent. Man erreicht jemand telefonisch und auch online. Fragen werden direkt und kompetent beantwortet. Versand war außerordentlich schnell. Expressversand ohne Aufpreis, da ich aufgrund von Schmerzen das Panel gerne vor dem langen Wochenende haben wollte. Lieferung war bereits am nächsten Tag da und toll verpackt. Also dafür eigentlich 6 Sterne, da meine Erwartungen übertroffen wurden. Verarbeitung des Panel ist hochwertig, Bedienung intuitiv.
Rotlicht ist angenehm, kaum warm. Wohlbefinden ist gut, ob es bei meiner Osteoporose hilft sehen wir in einem Jahr. Gerne liefere ich ein Update dazu nach.
Ich kann das Produkt noch nicht auf langzeitige Wirkung beurteilen, deswegen erstmal 4 Sterne aber was ich bis jetzt sagen kann, Gerät hat super Qualität, sehr hochwertiges Material, ich lieb dass es weiss ist ganz viele Panel sind ja schwarz und die ganzen Funktionen mit dem Touchscreen sind super easy um das Gerät zu benutzen, alles ziemlich selbsterklärend. Man merkt direkt wie der Körper anfängt sich zu entspannen wen man sich vors Gerät setzt und Verspannung sich löst. Mehr kann ich leider noch nicht sagen aber soweit finde ich das Panel super!

Using a heilys® panel fits easily into everyday life and can be flexibly adapted to different goals. Depending on the area of use, the main differences are distance, intensity and session duration – together, these three factors determine the light dose.
For recovery, for example, you would apply red and near-infrared light for around 10 minutes per body area at a distance of 15-30 cm. To allow the light to reach the skin optimally, the target area should be as free of clothing as possible. The pre-installed standard programmes on heilys® panels offer an easy way to get started and are already tailored to typical goals.
Beginners should start with shorter sessions and gradually increase the duration. Many users use their panel 4–6 times a week, some even daily. Consistency is what matters most, as the best results are usually achieved through regular use over several weeks.
Yes, a pleasant warmth is often felt on the skin during use. It is produced by the absorption of red and near-infrared light in the tissue, and many users find it relaxing.
Unlike conventional infrared or heat lamps, however, heilys® panels do not work primarily through heat. While heat lamps mainly generate warmth at the surface, the panels use specific red and near-infrared wavelengths to support biological processes in the cells. As a result, they usually produce significantly less heat than conventional heat applications.
How strongly you feel the warmth depends on factors such as your distance from the panel, the selected intensity, the session duration and your individual sensitivity. If you find the warmth too intense, we recommend increasing the distance from the panel or adjusting the intensity.
All Gen series panels use the same wavelengths (630 nm, 660 nm, 670 nm red light and 810 nm, 830 nm and 850 nm near-infrared light) and the same core technology. The differences lie mainly in the size of the coverage area, the number of LEDs and the maximum output and intensity.
Choosing the right panel depends mainly on which areas of your body you want to target.
The different models are based on the number of LEDs fitted. The higher the number, the larger the coverage area:
Gen70 – 72 LEDs, 32 × 23 cm (length × width)
Gen100 – 144 LEDs, 66 × 23 cm (length × width)
Gen200 – 204 LEDs, 92 × 23 cm (length × width)
Gen300 – 306 LEDs, 92 × 30 cm (length × width)
The larger models offer an ever larger coverage area and are particularly suitable for users who regularly want to cover several areas of the body or enjoy full-body sessions.
Whether protective goggles are needed depends on the particular use and the area of the body being exposed. As a general rule: do not stare directly into the LEDs – especially when using near-infrared light (NIR). Because NIR is largely invisible to the human eye, the actual light intensity is often underestimated.
For use on the face or if you have sensitive eyes, we therefore recommend wearing the protective goggles supplied. Alternatively, you can of course simply close your eyes during the session.
Red and near-infrared light are very well tolerated by most people. In certain situations, however, we recommend seeking medical advice before use.
These include, in particular, pregnancy, cancer or thyroid conditions, pacemakers or other implants, taking photosensitising medication, and known photosensitive skin conditions or a tendency towards light-induced seizures. In the case of unexplained skin changes, tumours, eye conditions or chronic illnesses, use should also be discussed with a doctor beforehand.
In addition, swollen, acutely inflamed, open, weeping or infected areas of skin should not be exposed directly. In such cases, it is advisable to seek medical advice first or to wait until the acute inflammatory phase has subsided.

1. Wall and door mount (included)
Every panel comes with a wall and door mount. This lets you fix your panel permanently to a wall or hang it flexibly on a door. This solution is particularly suitable for regular use at home and saves space.
The heilys® MobileStand makes your panel mobile. Thanks to its castors and folding mechanism, it is easy to move, set up and store in a space-saving way. For a fixed location, the castors can also be removed if required.
The heilys® FlexiStand offers maximum freedom when positioning your panel. Thanks to 90° rotation and a tilting and swivelling design, you can position the panel exactly where you need it – even over a bed or sofa while you lie comfortably. The castors provide mobility, while the quick-release mount lets you attach and remove the panel quickly.

4. Dual Stand Vertical & Dual Stand Motorised
For larger set-ups, we offer professional stand systems for one to four panels.
The Dual Stand Motorised offers maximum flexibility. It can be used both vertically and horizontally and features electronic height adjustment with savable positions. heilys® panels are designed for long-term use. The LEDs fitted are rated for a lifespan of around 100,000 operating hours, which equates to many years of regular use under normal conditions.
In addition, the panels are flicker-free and operate with very low electromagnetic fields (low EMF), making them comfortable even for longer sessions.

That is why many users have no problem using the panels in the living room, bedroom or home office, or during relaxing sessions. During operation, usually only a slight fan noise can be heard. This provides active cooling and ensures that the LEDs can operate continuously at optimum performance.
No. heilys® panels use ultra-quiet fans and produce very little noise. The noise level is around 36 dB at a distance of 15 cm and around 33 dB at 50 cm. This roughly corresponds to a soft whisper or a quiet home environment.
